TERMS OF SALE
Valid for all individual and family stay in summer and winter
1/BOOKING / CONFIRMATION
Your stay is guaranteed by the payment of deposit and our confirmation, within the limits of the terms of sale.
2/cancellation / INTERRUPTION of stay - unused services
Any cancellation or interruption of stay will be subject to the application of the conditions of sale of the host. The notion of package excluded any reimbursement for services not used by the customer, as an individual or global, for personal reasons during his stay.
A - on the part of the customer
-From 60 to 31 days before the start of the stay: the host is entitled to retain the deposit either the deductible applies.
-From 30 to 21 days before the beginning of the stay: the host keeps the amount of the deposit.
-From 20 to 8 days before the beginning of the stay: the stay is due to 50% of the total amount of the stay inclusive deducted deposit.
-Less than 8 days before the beginning of the stay: the stay is due to 75% of the total amount of the stay inclusive deducted deposit.
The franchise: it applies if the room is re-rented and instead of cancellation fees.
?? €20 for a stay less than 3 days and €40 for a stay of 3 days and +.
B - because of the host
a / a free stay:
-Up to 21 days before the beginning of the stay: the deposit is returned in full. A deductible of €40 is paid as compensation.
-From 20 to 8 days prior to beginning of stay: the deposit are returned in their
full. The host pays an indemnity equivalent to 20% of the total amount of the stay including tax
-Less than 7 days before the beginning of the stay: the deposit is returned in full. The host pays an indemnity equivalent to the total amount of the deposit.
3/BOOKING VIA OPEN SHELTER
Any reservation and payment of a stay via our interfaces OPEN REFUGE online, is subject to the same conditions of sale and reservation, particularly with regard to the minimum number of participants required to confirm the stay.
The present conditions of sale are effective upon receipt of your deposit and the dispatch of our confirmation.
Registration to stay implies the acceptance of the proposed rates of the data sheet. (for stays prices including VAT, tourist tax extra €0.80 per day and per person.
